I make critical systems boring — in the best way.
Predictable, documented, and quietly reliable.
I'm the person you call before that spreadsheet takes the whole operation down with it.
For over two decades I've worked inside small and mid-sized teams — the ones running on heroic spreadsheets, half-finished automations, and tools that don't talk to each other. I've seen what happens when the one person who understands it leaves, and I've learned that the fix is almost never the big rewrite everyone dreads.
I'm hands-on and pragmatic. I won't sell you a platform migration you don't need. I'll fix what keeps breaking, connect what's disconnected, and leave you with something your team can actually rely on — documented, owned by you, with no lock-in.
What you can count on.
Plain-language updates
No jargon walls. You'll always know what I'm doing, why, and what it costs — in language you'd forward to your accountant.
Reversible by design
Small steps, full backups, nothing you can't undo. If a change doesn't work out, we roll it back — not patch over it.
You keep the keys
Accounts in your name, code in your repos, docs your team can read. When the engagement ends, everything stays with you.
Honest scoping
If the right answer is "don't hire me, do this one thing yourself," that's what I'll tell you. Most engagements are 2–8 weeks, fixed scope.
